In accordance with JISQ15001:2017 (Personal Information Protection Management System Requirements), and under thorough information management training, we will protect personal information by implementing appropriate security measures to prevent leakage, loss, or destruction of personal information held and used. We will acquire personal information by appropriate means within the scope necessary for the performance of our business in accordance with laws and regulations.
In addition, we will comply with laws and ordinances, national guidelines, and other standards regarding the protection of personal information, and will make every effort to protect personal information.

With regard to the handling of personal information held by the client that is viewed and used in connection with the work we have accepted, we will use and appropriately handle such personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose, in accordance with the rules of the client.
3. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
We will not provide personal information to third parties without the consent of the person concerned. When providing personal information to a third party, we will always obtain the prior consent of the customer, except in cases where we are ordered to do so by law.

In order to carry out the purposes of use described above, we may entrust personal information to a third party. In the event that personal information is entrusted to a third party, we will select a party that meets sufficient standards for the protection of personal information, implement guidance and management, and handle the information in an appropriate manner.

Requests for disclosure, etc. (notification of purpose of use, inquiry of contents, correction, addition, deletion, or refusal of use or provision) of personal information provided to us will be handled appropriately to a reasonable extent by a contact designated by us. Requests for disclosure, etc., from the person in question or his/her representative shall be accepted by submitting the “Request Form for Disclosure, etc. of Personal Information” to the contact point by fax or online via e-mail or other means.

As a general rule, we will confirm your identity by receiving a copy of the following documents by fax.
Your driver’s license or passport
Basic resident registration card with photograph
Health insurance card
Original Alien Registration Card (or a photocopy in some unavoidable cases) - If you wish to make a request by proxy

A fee (1,000 yen) will be charged for “notification of purpose of use” and “inquiry of contents” in regard to requests for disclosure. For payment methods, please contact the Personal Information Consultation Service.

6. Restrictions on not providing personal information
Whether or not to provide personal information is at the discretion of the customer. However, if you do not agree to provide your personal information, you may not be able to use all or part of our services.
7. Acquisition of Personal Information by Methods Unrecognizable to the Individual
We will not acquire personal information in a manner that is unrecognizable to the person concerned. In the unlikely event that we do acquire personal information in the manner described above, we will notify the individual to that effect and obtain his/her consent before acquiring the information.

We may revise the contents of this “Handling of Personal Information” document in order to enhance the protection of your personal information, or in response to changes in laws, national guidelines, or other standards that we must follow.
